Apply
Tell us where you organize and what you run. Applications are reviewed by hand, usually within a couple of days.

Publish
Create an event with a date, a venue on the map, dance styles and a poster. Events are reviewed before they go live.

Fill the room
Dancers request a place and you approve them. You get a guest list, and they get a confirmation.
Free and Pro
Free
One upcoming event visible at a time. Everything else — reservations, guest lists, your public profile — is included.
ProPRO
Unlimited events and repeating series. Sold through the App Store, so the purchase happens in the app; your panel switches over the moment it goes through.
Nothing is ever deleted when a subscription ends. Events over the free limit are hidden and come straight back.
Worth knowing
- Do I need the app?
- No. Everything an organizer does can be done here on the web. The app adds push notifications and the purchase flow for Pro.
- Who sees my contact details?
- Only what you put on your public profile — a WhatsApp number and an Instagram handle, both optional.
- Can I edit a live event?
- Yes, but it goes back for review, so it comes off the listings until it is approved again. That is what stops an approved event being rewritten into something else.
